VoIP is all about having enough bandwidth (a good Internet connection) to support a phone call that sounds better than a bad cellphone. If your stats on the above link come back good, then you may venture into the world of VoIP where you can make calls and take calls over your data connection and forego the expense of traditional phone lines. Someone recently asked me if they were a good VoIP candidate. Assuming you have a good connection, there are 2 factors to consider: functionality and cost. Are you gaining a feature or function you do not currently have? An example of function is: one company had multiple locations in different states and wanted the phone to ring in both places. An example of cost consideration is: does VoIP cost-justify itself. If your monthly recurring cost will be higher, is there a business case or reason that would justify it? If your monthly recurring cost will be reduced, then are you getting the same or better features, etc.? All businesses are different, so consult a telecom expert for more guidance.
