Not only was Joshua Miktarian a Police Officer, a daddy, and a husband; Josh also owned a local pizza franchise. It seems that Josh was a real hard worker. Imagine working in an 8-12 hour high stress job, then going in to fling a few pizza's in the air, and all the other things that go on daily, in a pizza franchise.
Josh was a franchisee of a small pizza franchise by the name of Gionino's. This less than famous franchise chain did something that made them appear much larger than they really are. They put a memorial page up on their website. Then they went even further; they have the memorial page set up as the HOME PAGE. So, when potential franchisees go to the corporate website to learn more about the franchise concept, they land on a web page that features a nice picture of Josh, along with a couple of short paragraphs about him. I have it linked below, so please take a look, and send in a donation, if you so choose. This brave police officer was shot and killed at point blank range during a routine traffic stop in Twinsburg, OH. He leaves behind a 3 month old little girl, and a young wife. I am sending a check for $50 to the Josh Miktarian Fund. I am challenging the entire NEO franchise and small business community to do the same. Thank you.
