Do you have job openings?  If so, do your job descriptions sell the position?  Does it include indicators of your company's vision, mission, values and culture?

Is there a contact person for applications?  And does it state the location of the position?

The bottom line--your Web site is often a candidate's first exposure to your company. So, to recruit top talent, you need to make it memorable.  Sell your company like you're selling to a potential customer. Highlight the features that make your company a great place to work, and what is involved in the application process.

Online Ads
There are many opportunities to place jobs online, but what do people see when they click through to your site?  Make sure to design a landing page that describes the specific jobs being advertised; outlines the qualifications of your most desirable candidates, and makes it easy for anyone to submit a resume.
