Pace and exhaustion go hand-in-hand. You see, energy is energy! That fact leads to a deeper thought. The type of energy you express is in different proportions to the pace you are moving. The faster your pace of living the more challenging it is to recharge your energy. It really isn't about how fast you move and how much you feel you are getting done; it is all about having the energy necessary to complete what you start without doing emotional damage to yourself. Everytime you feel you need to speed it, it is a sure sign you need to slow down.
Remember, if you can't manage your pace, you can't control your life.
