Nicole L. Stika is the Senior Manager, Education Programs for COSE and supports the needs of entrepreneurs and small businesses. She is responsible for the development and operation of COSE's portfolio of business and member education programming and peer based initiatives.
Nicole earned her Masters in Public Administration specializing in economic development at the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Dayton. She is also an alumnus of Theta Phi Alpha.
Active in the community, Nicole is a member of eWomen Network, Chair of the Cleveland March of Dimes Signature Auction Committee, volunteer for the American Heart Association, and Dress for Success Cleveland.
