A specialist in Corporate Experiential Learning since 1983, Miriam has trained others in Experiential Learning, Appreciative Inquiry, Accelerated Change, Group Facilitation, Communication & Leadership Skills and Team Building & Team Leadership Development.
In her 17 years with Executive Edge, Miriam has brought her expertise to "building teams at the top". She has created numerous innovative learning programs including a 3D life-size board game for women's career development (for Ernst & Young LLP's Professional Women's Network) and Team Building for HumanityTM programs integrating service learning with team building.
Miriam holds a Master's Degree in Management from Johns Hopkins University and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. She is co-author of the Taos Institute Focus Book, Experience AI: A Practitioner's Guide to Integrating Appreciative Inquiry with Experiential Learning, and is an Associate of the Taos Institute.
