Dr. Leslie Schneider

As a Speaker, Instructor and Trainer, Mrs. Schneider has conducted courses and workshops for numerous companies throughout the United States, Canada and Latin America.  She has developed, implemented and assessed numerous leadership development courses for manufacturing, financial institutions, churches, agriculture, retail and other private arenas.  Mrs. Schneider is an instructor and administrator of a Bible College.

Her Leadership Development courses help organizations grow and increase their leadership effectiveness to meet their strategic objectives.  With her experience and expertise, leaders are able to implement learned behaviors and practical principles immediately to improve productivity and success of their teams.

As a consultant, Leslie works with companies in developing effective Human Resource practices including hiring, performance management, progressive discipline, high risk issues and termination.

Leslie began her career with the J.C. Penney Co. in Human Resources.  She was also Office Manager of operations.  She moved into the financial arena and was the southwest Florida regional Human Resource Officer and trainer with Bank of America.

In 1990, Leslie became the Assistant Vice President /Training Director for Seacoast National Bank in the southeast region of Florida.  She designed, implemented and assessed all the training programs for the company including leadership development, sales and service, and customer service.  

Since 1995, Leslie has been an international consultant working with hundreds of companies in the business, medical, financial and manufacturing arenas and church leadership developing and conducting numerous workshops and training sessions to enhance the leadership skills of their teams.  She is a Master Trainer for Roadmap to ORSA.

She is asked to speak for many organizations including chambers of commerce, human resource associations, industrial, manufacturing and construction associations, and marketing/sales organizations.  She has trained leadership skills with numerous business and government leaders throughout Peru.
