Kenyon operates his own human resources consulting practice with a specialty focus in the employee recruitment, retention and development. He looks to find and develop employees who are as excited to come to work as their managers and company owners. This target group is one of an organization's most important assets yet many employees become disengaged over time. Then either their productivity falls off or they look to leave and go elsewhere. Kenyon's success has been in finding these key employees and working with managers to engage and keep producers who will succeed. And they have.
In addition to his recruitment and retention focus, Kenyon is a human resources generalist who has particular specialty in training and development, employee relations and communications, HR audits and policy manuals. He additionally staffed departments such as commodities trading, engineering, telecommunications and accounting. Kenyon also gave each of these departments HR generalist support.
