Dr. Hrabowy assists individuals, businesses and organizations with the "human" side of business. In addition to being a clinical and business psychologist, Dr. Hrabowy is also a trained mediator and coach. Many of her private clients are small business owners and/or closely held family-owned businesses who seek out her expertise to help manage work/family relationships and conflict, facilitate meetings, and provide executive and team coaching and in making day-to-day as well as strategic corporate decisions, including hiring, marketing direction, and leadership development.
Dr. Hrabowy has an extensive clinical experience with 11 years of rigorous, ongoing full-time academic training -logging more10,000 hours - in varied high stress/high demand settings and has served in supervisory/management and consulting capacities. She herself is an entrepreneur and business owner and for the past 15 years has operated her clinical and consulting practice.

Dr. Hrabowy is active in her profession and in her community. She is Past President of the Cleveland Psychological Association (2001), Past President of Toastmasters International, Independently Speaking (2007-2008), and currently serves as Chair of Public Relations for the Cleveland Coaching Federation. Additionally she was a Goodwill Ambassador to Brazil through Rotary International, and traveled to the jungles of Mexico to help build a medical clinic which now serves 30,000 Mayan Indians.
