Trust is truly the cornerstone of any MindShare group. Each member of each group signs an Individual Participant Agreement that clearly outlines that what is said in each meeting, stays within the group and will not be published or spoken of outside of the group. Each group also sets guidelines and operational standards for sharing personal information about other members and respects the privacy of each team member. This ensures that the group gains consensus and clarity about how the group will function. Because there is the potential for competition, members are closely matched according to their preferences and there is exclusivity for each industry within each group.
