Job Descriptions
Are there any specific websites/tools that are effective for modifying and structuring job descriptions?

I did a search on the internet for job description tools and had a number come up. I then started to check them out by going to each website. It is good to read about their product, what it will do for you and how does it meet labor law issues. I then chose to purchase one that I found best for my need in helping business write their job descriptions.

A great source for writing job descriptions is actually from the Department of Labor. O*Net is an online database that you can search and pull up ready made job descriptions for thousands of jobs. You can copy them and then customize them to your particular company/job. It is a great starting point for writing job descriptions and it is free!
