Depends on which taxes your talking about. You may in fact not have a filing requirement for Federal and State tax returns but if you live in a city or township you most likely will have to file a city return. Also, if you have paid in federal withholding or state withholding the only way to obtain a refund is to file. Plus, in order to receive the Economic Stimulus rebates in May you will need to file a 2007 return by April 15th even if you do not owe any tax.
The IRS, State of Ohio and most large municipalities websites offer free file. To check out the IRS free file system go to www.IRS.gov. Note, be sure to include any additional income you may have (example interest, dividends etc.).
