#6 - Implement premiums and upsells - 10-15% of your leads/clients will buy the package of goods/services you have so go ahead and create a "Platinum Package."   Don't be bashful about it.  I make fun of myself all the time as I am a sucker for the upsell.  When I buy something I want the best.  Have something in your business for guys/gals like me to buy from you.  There is a percentage of customers who only want the best.  You should always have an offering for them. These also are usually higher profit products.

#5 - Riches in Niches - figure out how to create a specialty niche(s) in your business to make your product/service more valuable.  Creative thinking is important here.  Look at your client list and find out the commonalities and create something to match it that is specific to that group.  Be a specialist and get paid like a specialist.

#4 - Stay in touch with your clients more often - this is my favorite one.  There is nothing more important than you creating deep relationships with your clients so they refer you and buy from you more often.  Start with a monthly newsletter!
