Two years ago, COSE made a dramatic shift in the way it was organized to deliver support and service to small businesses participating in our workers compensation program.  At that time, COSE shifted its TPA and safety operations "in-house" and created COSE Compensation Services.  Since then, we have worked hard to assemble the talent and technology to improve the skills, the service and the support we provide to you.  Building on fifteen years of leadership in the group rated workers compensation industry, COSE's recreation of our workers compensation service team has established one of the top resources of its type in Ohio.

Our in-house claims management team has deep experience in the industry and as COSE employees, they are dedicated to not only providing service on your claim, but also to helping us advance the success of Northeast Ohio's small business community.  That orientation drives them to take the extra steps that the typical TPA won't take on your behalf.  In addition to that expertise and passion for small business, our program adds muscle through our dedicated legal team at Calfee, Halter & Griswold; the support and leadership of members like you that serve on our Workers' Comp Steering Committee; and, a strong team of medical, safety and payroll pros that we consult with on a daily basis.   When all is said and done, there is an incredible amount of expertise engaged by our program - and put to work for your benefit!

Typically, a newsletter is intended to keep you informed.  But, we aren't just any organization, and we didn't want a typical newsletter.  Instead, we developed an e-newsletter format that is as unique, compelling and engaging as our program is strong.

By tying our newsletter in with cosemindspring.com, we not only provide you with a source for workers' comp insight 24/7, we  also provide the encouragement and the tools for you to interact with us.   Tell us what you want to know about.  Ask us questions.  Share your concerns and your success stories.  With the state's top team of expert resources, we'll get you the answers and the information that you ask for.

Thanks to your support, we've established one of the state's top workers compensation programs that has become known for its integrity and its outstanding service.  It works because it is designed for our members, by our members.  Your ongoing feedback and involvement in our work will fuel our future success.  Thanks for your support and the opportunity to continue to earn your trust and support your business.
