She then negotiated the sale of the practice, kept the building to retain rental income of over $11,000 per month and received 5X net for the sale of the practice. She knows her stuff and has lived through the entire process of concept to creation, growth and succession. It is because of this experience and her passion that she is able to share her wisdom with you, so YOU can SPARKLE SOONER!!!
Shelley was born and raised in her family’s restaurant business, and has been a start up and growth consultant for over 25 years. She worked her way through the industry from employee, to management, to consultant. Her consulting responsibilities include recruiting, training, and materials development for both the opening of new businesses and/or the improvement of existing operations.
Co-author of a well renown service training text, Service is An Honorable Profession, she and her restaurant owner father, Edward Solomon, have been presenters of restaurant training seminars throughout the Nation.
Her government funded school trained and supported underprivileged young adults in need of retraining for new careers. Shelley created the school’s curriculum, hired the teaching staff from the leaders of the community, and assisted attendees through employment opportunities. The school proved to be so successful and effective that three more program opportunities were awarded to her and her team.
