Dr. Joe Mayer is the co-founder and managing partner of MB Group. Prior to founding the firm he was the President and CEO of several publicly and privately owned companies.
Joe has experience in growing high tech companies as well as managing turn-around situations. He has a strong background in team building, change management, financial analysis, Merger and Acquisitions and lean manufacturing.
Joe is a recognized expert in the Forming and Fabricating industry and is a speaker at conferences and seminars. He serves on several Boards and is active in Industry associations strongly supporting education and training for young adults interested in manufacturing.
Joe has a Masters degree in Engineering and Economics as well as a Ph.D. in Engineering and is a certified business coach.
